Everything! The hire price quoted will include the hire, delivery and collection. No further charges apply.

We require 50% deposit to secure your booking and the balance 4 weeks before your event.

Alternative payment options are available by arrangement.

Nope! We do not charge extra for any of these items.

We quote a final price to you, so unless there are any major changes, such as needing to add or reduce the number of items you are hiring, there should be no changes to the quoted price.

Absolutely! We have insurance for our products and ourselves in the unfortunate event that something goes wrong.

Unfortunately, for the 1.2mt letters, customer pickup is not an option, due to safety reasons with weight and vehicle requirements for transport.

Our 1mt numbers or 60cm letter ranges and decor items can be arranged for customer collection from our location in Winchelsea as long as your vehicle is large enough to transport safely. Transport packaging is supplied.

Absolutely! There are some restrictions however - the ground needs to be as flat as possible for safety reasons (although we do have stability stands in case) and in the event of wet or windy weather, they must be placed indoors.

If you have selected an outdoor location, we do always arrange a backup plan for the day.

A power point that can be reached by an extension lead is also required.

Depending on what size letters or numbers you select and how many, the space needed varies greatly.

From approx 2mts for birthday numbers up to 11mts approx for the 1.2mt MR&MRS, we recommend between 1-1.5mt per letter depending on the individual letter size.

If you are unsure if the letters will fit in your space, please enquire when booking and we will be happy to discuss spacing and placement to ensure the perfect fit, or suggest alternatives to make the best impact for your event.

A standard 240v Australian Power Point is all that is required to run our letters and numbers.

We supply all extension leads for our letters, and all our electrical items are tested and tagged every 3 months by a Qualified Electrical Tester as required by Australian regulations.

We service Geelong, Colac, Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast, Otways and Ballarat regions, including Lara, Bannockburn, Batesford, Inverleigh, Torquay, Lorne and more!

Melbourne and locations further than 100km from Winchelsea, Victoria can be arranged, however only with availability and with applicable travel fees.
